For current cycle the only contributions yielding 5 points are agathe hair ornaments or shark repellants – 4 deliveries per member.

Shark repellent you can get by pulling a map quest in seville (appraisal r1 needed). The map is in Athens Northwest. You would need to do about 20-22 of these maps. You can also fight Filibushers (lvl26) in South American North Plateau. Both ways take quite a bit of time. 4 x 5 shark repellants needed per member.

The alternative is to buy 4 agate hair ornaments (Jamaica item shop) which cost a total of 20m per member which is likely to take less time.

Of course you can also combine contributions – for example 2 agathe hair ornaments and 10 shark repellants.
